Delicious, creamy, tropical medley of coconut, mango and banana flavors makes this ice cream a summer favorite.
- Ripened mangos - 5 or 6
- Ripened bananas - 3
- coconut milk - 1 can, 19 oz (large)
- Powdered sugar - 1/2 C
Cut out the pulp from the large, ripe mangos. Peel the ripe bananas. Add fruit and a large can of high fat coconut milk to blender. Add 1/2 C powdered sugar or to taste. Blend for a full minute, until mixture is thick and the consistency of a pudding. Pour mixture into the moving ice cream maker. Remove to freezer containers. Printable Recipe
